- Bookings may be cancelled or modified at no additional cost up to 21 days prior to arrival. However, this must be done in writing! A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged in cases of bookings being modified or cancelled at less than 21 days notice. Finally, for cancellations of less than 48 hours notice, the full 100% will be charged.
- Short-term bookings may be cancelled or modified at no extra cost up to 24 hours before the lesson. Otherwise the full amount will be charged.
- In general our instructors teach in all weather conditions. If snow or weather conditions. If snow or weather conditions do not allow regular instruction then Absolute Alpine has the right to cancel lessons partly or completely.
- Bad weather, missed lessons or early departure are not justifiable grounds for reimbursement.
- In the case of late arrival of the client, the instructor will wait for 30 minutes. If the client has not called our office, or the instructor to say they will be late within this time, the instructor will leave, and the client will be liable for full payment of the lesson.
- Absolute Alpine does not accept any responsibility for accidents or their consequences occurring before, during, or after instruction. Participants must arrange their own insurance.
- The prices quoted are in Swiss francs. For payment in Euro the current exchange rate is used.
