General terms and conditions

General: The following general terms and conditions (AGBs) apply to all transactions between Absolute Alpine and its customers. Absolute Alpine’s business involves operating an outdoor sports school, which includes services such as snow sports instruction and guiding in snow and mountain sports activities.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only valid when made in writing via email to info@absolute-alpine.com. The following rules apply:

  • Up to the 23rd day before the start of the lessons: No cancellation fees
  • From the 22nd to the 11th day before the start of the lessons: 50%
  • From the 10th to the 3rd day before the start of the lessons: 75%
  • Within 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the lessons: 100%

Lessons: In general, our instructors conduct lessons in all weather conditions. However, if snow or weather conditions prevent regular lessons, Absolute Alpine reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the lessons.

Refunds: Adverse weather, missed lessons, or early departures do not qualify for a refund.

Customer Delay: In the event of a customer’s late arrival, the instructor will wait for 30 minutes. If no call is received within this time, whether to the office or directly to the instructor, the lesson will be forfeited, and the full price will be charged to the customer.

Agreements Concerning Ski Instruction: The ski school is not responsible for any agreements made with a snow sports instructor. All matters related to ski instruction must be discussed directly with the ski school management.

Selection of Ski Instructor: The ski school is solely responsible for selecting instructors. Customer requests for specific instructors or requests to change instructors during lessons will be accommodated when possible, but there is no guaranteed entitlement.

Accident Liability: Absolute Alpine assumes no liability for accidents occurring before, during, or after snow sports instruction. Participant insurance is their responsibility.

Prices: The prices listed are in Swiss Francs. When payment is made in Euros or other currencies, the current exchange rate will be applied.
